Seabees Petty Officer and Blooming Grove resident Brian Veenie was honored by the Pike County Commissioners Wednesday for his service in support of U.S. Marines in Kuwait. Veenie, a reservist member, is also a Pa. State Trooper. He built bridges in Kuwait, where he was stationed for six months.
