Milford - One of the top agents in Pike County has joined Wilkins & Associates Real Estate Inc. Sam Kelley is licensed in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey and was ranked seventh out of the 100 top agents in Pike County in 2004. He is now working out of Wilkins’ Milford office under the direction of Vice President, Sales Manager Christine Scrofano.
