His professional work experience in education, the private sector banking and financial arena, and in county government has had direct and constant exposure in four of the top five categories of the PA State Budget: public education, human services (children and youth, mental health, Department of Aging and drug and alcohol), corrections and law enforcement, and economic development. He has implemented real solutions in all of these areas locally here in Pike and Wayne counties. He has a record of fiscal responsibility, integrity, and proven leadership. But his most unknown quality is one of giving so much time and effort over the past 40 years to volunteer organizations and community and civic duties.
