I would like to inform and correct the record of the propagandist email sent by the two unelected and now terminated self-appointed board of director individuals.
First I would like to thank all of the members who came to the general membership meeting and supported the oversight committee and voiced your opposition to the two self-appointed individuals unelected, fraudulent practices and abusive intimidation tactics of our election process!
The two unelected individuals are no longer officials representing this community in any way. They have been removed from their unelected positions and had to be escorted out by Pennsylvania State Troopers from the premises because they refused to leave community property intact and untouched like our computer systems as directed by the attending membership. We called the state police to remove them from the office so they would not be able to tamper with the computers they wanted to take with them. Regardless of the directives from the officers to leave the office without any community property like the keys to community clubhouse and office, they still were able to remove hard drives and computer components and hide them in the upstairs attic hoping I guess to come back later in the evening and take them out. That is exactly what they tried to do. They called the state police to help them access the building but realized the doors were locked and under new interim management as stated on the door and could not enter with the keys they were directed to leave at the clubhouse to open them. The officer called by them told them to leave and are not to enter the building.
These two unelected individuals still have access to your private email server, which they have no more authorization to have as terminated unelected officials. Please disregard any unauthorized emails from them regarding any community business they are in contempt of the membership's unanimous decision to remove them from there unelected positions and hand in all community property that no longer belongs to them. The reorganization process is underway with new interim management and transparency checks by the oversight committee and will be informing the membership in the coming days of the progress and the truthful documented events that transpired at the general membership meeting on Sunday Nov. 25.
I cannot emphasize enough about the outstanding qualified and eligible candidates that were denied the right to run for the board of directorship and rid ourselves of this nightmare of the last decade violating our self governing documents election process! There will be challenges ahead and will truly need all of our support in the coming weeks and months to get this community back to proper process and state mandated procedures and practices under the Uniform Planned Community Act.
Thank you again to the membership! You did it! Your voices were heard. You fought for your property rights and liberated Pocono Mountain Lake Forest from the abuses of process from former administrations. Self-governing Pocono Mountain Lake Forest Community Association is now back in the hands of the membership! Where it was always supposed to be...
