I have been working to get PennDOT to post a sign notifying motorists of an upcoming left-hand turning lane immediately following the crest of a hill on Route 739 in Dingmans Ferry for too long. It’s a lane created by PennDOT around the time of the completion of the Weis store project. I’ve had great cooperation from the Delaware Township office and PennDOT itself. Progress has been made, but not nearly enough to prevent an eventual tragic motor vehicle accident. State Rep Tarah Probst has been my greatest contact. She has personally put me in touch with the right people and stays herself involved on a personal one-to-one basis. I am looking forward to finally meeting her soon at a community shredding event she is hosting. I’m going to vote for Tarah because she showed me who she is. She’s a true representative of the people. I hope you give her your confidence and allow her to continue helping us all.
