At the Milford-Matamoras Rotary Club meeting on Wednesday, August 14, Shaun Burger introduced Bill Skinner, the new Rotary district governor for 2024-2025. Skinner’s district includes 42 rotary clubs across northeastern Pa. Skinner has been a Rotarian for 10 years and founded The Slate Belt Club (Northampton County) and was its first president in 2012. As a Rotary Leadership Institute graduate, he has been a speaker at district conferences and a facilitator at Mid Northeast PETs and is a Paul Harris Fellow. Skinner spoke to the club regarding issues including membership, youth programs, community service projects, and foundation initiatives.
