Ann Street Park reimagined
Milford. The Greater Pike Community Foundation has created a local fund to support the park’s future.

In an effort to enhance the beauty and accessibility of Ann Street Park, a new fund has been created at Greater Pike Community Foundation to support ongoing development and improvements in the park.
The initiative will raise funds for both maintenance and new recreational amenities, with the aim of providing a safe, vibrant space for residents and visitors alike.
The Ann Street Park Reimagined Fund at Greater Pike is designed to be a community-driven effort, bringing together local residents, businesses, and organizations to invest in the future of this beloved green space. Contributions will be used for upgrades including playground installations, ADA accessible equipment and improvements, landscaping projects and events that promote community engagement.
’More than just green spaces’
“We are thrilled to create a platform where the community can come together to make a lasting impact for our Borough,” said Dr. Maria Farrell, vice president of the Milford Borough Council. “This park is essential to our community’s quality of life and this fund will ensure that it remains a safe and beautiful place for future generations to enjoy.”
“The Ann Street Park Reimagined Fund is an exciting step toward building a stronger, more connected community,” Farrell said. “Whether through donations, volunteering or attending events in the park, there are many ways to contribute to this vital project.”
”Parks are more than just green spaces – they’re where our community comes to life,” said Rick Little, Greater Pike’s executive director. “At Greater Pike, we recognize that investing in Ann Street Park isn’t just about beautifying our borough—it’s an investment in our collective wellbeing and quality of life. These spaces where children play, families gather and neighbors connect are fundamental to creating the healthy, resilient community we all deserve.”
