Rotary Club announces annual Hoop Shoot Challenge

Come and join the fun on March 2 at the annual Milford-Matamoras Rotary Club Basketball Hoop Shoot! The event will be held at all three Delaware Valley elementary schools starting at 10 a.m. The snow date will be March 9.

In early February, “Hoop Shoot” envelopes were distributed to students in the district. All student participants will receive a T-Shirt, and additional prizes and trophies will be given to the top fundraisers. The funds help establish scholarship for Delaware Valley seniors.

The club is still looking for businesses interested in being a sponsor for this event. Those interested can contact Shaun Burger at 570-517-6654 and inquire about a sponsorship form.
