The Pike County District Attorney’s Office announced that Vincenzio Pascavage of Pascavage Painting LLC had turned himself in on March 4 after the DA’s office issued a warrant for his arrest back in January.

According to the DA’s office, in July 2024, Pascavage submitted a proposal to the Pike County Correctional Facility with his company, Pascavage Painting LLC, for work to be completed. Pascavage allegedly deposited the $10,000 check but never completed the work.

He was then charged with “theft by deception - false impression” and “deceptive business practices.” On January 14, 2025, the DA’s office issued a warrant for his arrest. Then on March 4, he surrendered himself before Magisterial District Judge Randy Schmalzle, who set bail at $25,000 unsecured. The case was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on March 18, 2025, at 9 a.m.
